If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or shipment to a restricted state, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds for such returns may be subject to deductions for shipping and restocking fees.
Some products may be sensitive to heat. During warmer seasons, we recommend choosing expedited shipping. We cannot guarantee the product condition for standard shipping during high temperatures.
